Because of the global supply chain issues and the holiday shipping surge, I cannot guarantee shipping timeframes. Shipping timelines are controlled solely by the USPS/UPS, and I will not be able to provide ANY refunds on shipping for orders that arrive outside their anticipated shipping turnaround time. I encourage you to place your order before December 10, 2023 to ensure arrival in time for the holidays.

After placing your order, your selection(s) will go into production, where they will be custom-made-to-order, by hand, by me. I observe postal and national holidays, along with weekends, and those are not to be included in business day calculations. The processing time from the placement of your order to the shipping of your item(s) is 1-2 business days.

As soon as your order is on it's way to you, you will receive an automated email from hello@jwickdesign.com, which, depending on the shipping service you selected, may include a tracking link for USPS or UPS. Sometimes this link may take up to 24-48 hours post-shipment to be accurate and active. This because the tracking link won't reflect data until the package is picked up and scanned.
